“Showdown: Huge high-rise projects test Seattle’s tower spacing rules”

According to this article, two Seattle real estate developers have designed two new high-rise buildings that violate the rule that requires towers to be no less than 60 feet away from each other. The two developers want to create live/work buildings with just over 40 feet between them, and are searching for a waiver for the rule.
